VietAmerican Legacy Institute board of officers

Board of officers

Guided by Community. Accountable to History.

The VietAmerican Legacy Institute is governed by a volunteer board of officers drawn from across the Vietnamese American community — professionals, educators, veterans, and advocates united by a shared commitment to our mission.

Our Governing Board

The Board of Officers provides strategic oversight, fiduciary accountability, and community representation for the Institute. Board members serve two-year terms and are elected by the membership at the annual general meeting. They bring expertise in law, finance, education, communications, and community organizing — and every one of them is a volunteer.
